Exactly right. Good Post. The bottom line here is the company needs to straighten this out as they are the only ones that can. They can do this very easily and effectively.

Also to be mentioned...the simple fact that the OS is reading higher is not of immediate concern as there could be many GOOD reasons for the increase. Once again, only the company can clarify this for all.
