No it doesnt... I make a living targetting pos pennies in clear down trends and even the worst of them correction especially the worst of them are walked down very carefully with many swings between their highs and 0s... Show me 1 chart where a call went from running to its high back to no bid in a straight line with nooo swings between and ill help your position by selling to the bid at open tmrw... It doesnt happen.
