If it was a spasm dunk the case would be settled by now.

Since the possibility of a 6/12 settlement has passed, technical indicators will drive the stock. The hope for a 'sudden' settlement seems baseless. The Cable defendants will try to low ball and wear UOIP down. UOIP will reject every offer. Meanwhile, stockholder's will be kept in the dark. UOIP will 'never' disclose and discuss status with shareholders (and I agree, they shouldn't). But, as a result, this is why reading TECHNICAL INDICATORS are key in understanding the future direction of UOIP.
