There is no cap. This has been debated as nauseam here and I have asked everyone here several times where it says in the case documents that there is a cap.
The simple fact is it doesn't say anywhere that there is a cap. When it says a split of 75/25 it just means that (I have even seem the term pro rata used in some cases). I know people still want to debate this but in my opinion this was resolved a long time ago. There simply isn't a cap.
