I wouldn't bail yet. I would give it to Q2 of 2018 unless you have gains to offset. Then if they are long term gains you may want to sell enough to offset the gains.

Damaj isn't done playing with INNV. He may decide to RS in 2018 and do a name change to pretend like nothing ever happened. Just like he did to come up with Apricus. Damaj is slippery. The SEC will never investigate because they never investigate unless they can get sufficient money. I could come up with a similar type of company and scam people. As long as I didn't get too greedy and kept it under $6M in my pocket, no worries. Sure there could be civil suits but only the lawyers make any money. The stockholder makes about 0.02 on every dollar invested. The lawyers are bigger scams artists than the ones who perpetrate a scam.

There are many more like Damaj who make millions of dollars off investors. Look up CVM as an example.

The only thing one can do is to alert potential investors on other cites to stay away from INNV. However, before doing that, let's see what Q2 of 2017 shows. That will be the quarter which sets the stage for the future. Then by Q2 of next year, you may have the RS. But either way Q2 of next year will really tell the future of INNV. HOAX or Ho Hum.
