that's incorrect. a company cannot sell shares directly into the market to raise cash. that is totally illegal. only a note holder can sell shares issued from convertible debt.

based on the filings, the only note holder on DOLV is the shell broker. period.

and how much of the $14,115 note is left to convert? based on the OS increases we've seen over the last few months, he is probably nearly done selling. jmho.

Nope. Seems the note finished converting.

$14k note = 140 million shares

OS was about 650k back in February.

Now it's 790k

That's almost exactly the note amount.

My thoughts are possibly the old TA has returned illegally acquired shares and the company decided not to retire them just add them to the O/S. So another reason that there is no need for a R/S at this time. We're all good??

Any thoughts?
