They added another 13 mill to DOLV O/S on OTC Website. The O/S is increased by 13 million. It seems they are selling shares at current market rate to fund the company's ongoing expenses such as lawyers fees for the ongoing lawsuit, management salaries, Richard Oravec fees etc.
