I am aware of Pitts and WCS and the cover they provide to scammy operations. My question was specifically about Capital Administrations LLC. But thanks for replying. V and B have been around this PoS since 2007, so I figured they might be able to shed some light.

I should clarify what I mean by "ran" by Wyoming Corporate Services...

WCS is a service that allows people to set up and function as an instate business when their actual physical presence is out of state... They will forward mail at various intervals for you and provide an 800 number that is answered for you etc etc so your company looks like it has an actual physical presence in Wyoming... There is an annual and monthly fee charged for these services it looks like the most basic package costs about $1000 a year in upkeep to Pitts from their website's pricing.

WCS has no interaction with the day to day running of any company they are a "caretaker" for...
