It looks to be a shell company set up and ran by Wyoming Corporate Services... Which is owned by Gerald Pitts of Cheyenne, Wyoming... Mr. Pitts has never been accused of wrong doing, however several of the companies he has created/sold to third parties have been found guilty of wrong doing(mainly tax evasion)...
That being said the vast majority of the companies(2000+ total companies) registered to his address have never had an issue to date.
