Current date is January Proposed date is A day to be determined in November 2018. They proposed a completely new schedule vs what was existing. It very well be they all wanted more time to figure out best way to handle without trial, but fact is this Doc just says the new proposed schedule. What's happening behind the scenes is anyone's guess
