not sure why you think I'm pumping this pos. its always been a sham. at least it at one point had a product. anyone take a guess on what a r/s will be on a shell with 3 billion shares ? thinking like 10,000 to 1?

Study REVERSE MERGER. The INCOMING COMPANY'S financials (assets, etc..) are the big key. ECMH is simply the shell. Also, an authorized share count of 3 Billion is very typical in OTC world.
