Has he sold his shares? I haven't seen any Form 4's to show it.

I think you already answered your question in the quote below.

If I know I am going to be very busy after cream sales and my part-time position won't cut it I will resign to keep my sanity and to help company with a smooth transition from a DEVELOPMENT phase to PRODUCTION.

A part time position will not be able to sufficiently support the cream sale major and growing event that will only increase in volume and scope once Psoriasis cream (and other skin conditions) is able to prove itself on the OTC market.

In fact, I would be upset and suspicious if the opposite was true --like keeping CFO as a part time position when expecting a BILLION dollar sale phenomenon.

Glad company made this move NOW before announcing the cream sale agreements and contracts.

I understand the arguments he may not have had the experience required to move forward with the company or the workload increased beyond his compensation for a part-time job, but the most logical question still remains...

Why resign right before anticipated breakout news?

Sell the rest, I'll buy em. Not worried at all. CFO 8k was a nice way of saying "we don't need you, CFO, sorry we're letting you go."
