It's just not that difficult. I don't care if you hate the company you work for why would any employee resign just a couple months before breakout, game-changing news is supposed to occur?
I understand the arguments he may not have had the experience required to move forward with the company or the workload increased beyond his compensation for a part-time job, but the most logical question still remains...
Why resign right before anticipated breakout news? I hate to say it because I've lost my backside on this stock, and stand to lose a lot more. I'm asking myself what is the most logical explanation... as the CFO I'm assuming he had inside information about what is or isn't on the horizon. Either he's really stupid, he was forced out and the company is being cagey with its communications yet again or he's finding a life-raft before the situation gets worse. Question is which one of the three is it?
