Southern contracting had 2 deaths on there job site a few years back ruining the companies credibility making it very hard to bid on big projects and there insurance would be through the roof so I order to grow they need to get away from southern contracting and start fresh and there gonna do that as cheap as possible cause construction buisness runs on how the economy is doing the better the economy the more work so everyone be patient it's gonna happen and

some may be screwed but at least bcap has a new beginning
