A USB-C cable does not create, store or consume digital media so No its Not a CE Product.



However, reading the same clause further, we find that USB-C cable does allow the

use, viewing, transmission, or processing of digital media.

So, by the very information you presented, and in its entirety,

A USB-C cable is a CE Product.

That's my take. Show me how I am wrong.

There is nothing wrong being CE.

CE actually negates cross license agreement (territorial right) between Eontec and LQMT. LQMT still owns the brand.

Here's what Lugee said.

This implies CE business

This justify the BROKER FEE.
