Officially, they don't have that many shares issued and outstanding. You'd have to quantify that number, I'm afraid. I'm not seeing it.
I would not be surprised if there are many warrants out there, waiting to be exercised, and I've accepted the numbers posted in postings without questioning them, but when we get to this kind of point, I think one would need to back it up. Can you lay out your calculation with links to the latest filings confirming that number of shares issued and outstanding?
