Unfortunately, no one can advise you, honestly. You need to evaluate on your own.

I've suggested why I think people are a bit noisy and not all that productive at this point. I doubt I can offer you much more comfort than that.

There are ways to trade and manage a position, but it seems like you haven't managed your position at all. Is that correct? You would want to think through what the market cap would need to be, for you to break even, and if that is reasonable to you or not...

akika,

There is plenty of time for an epic drama. Nothing happens quickly in the court system but the market reacts quickly to most news it deems important. Financing is important and top line results are important. Expect the market to react to both soon and expect the usual players to work the spin. As for whether or not you or anyone else here will get their investment back with a profit or not, that is what we are waiting on to find out. Fortunately for the patients, our lost time and opportunity costs, showing up as paper losses, are gains for them in terms of hours, days, months and years of life.

Linda has never failed to get financing and I don't expect her to just throw in the towel now this close to data lock. No one else expects her to throw in the towel either no matter what is being stated or hinted at on this board. Best wishes.
