Well said Bj106, let me enlighten you to a few facts, I have been here since the beginning and put the very first dollar that went into this company when I underwrote the first debentures and that was back in the days of .25-.50 cents. So, as much as I feel for your .08 cent investment let me help you consider sitting in a seat where your convertible debentures are registered at a conversion rate of .15 cents a share. That's hard earned money of mine that is hard at work and fully disclosed in the filings. I to have averaged down and rode the whole storm out on this company and continue to support it. It took some very hard conversations with management to understand that this is a true gem. Its unfortunate that the decision was made not to do an S1 filing and qualify for the QB board as at the time money was better used to move the technology and set-top boxes forward. I supported the idea and still do. This is about doing something no one else has done and realizing we are still in a public market and that requires shareholder support. My humble advice is to buy through the wall. Its a winner! Period!
