Right there on the doc from NV SOS..

but yet, never does GROUP appear in the name on OTC or on this board or on any of the documents that have been put on the OTC..

ANOTHER NAME!!

Yep... a book of company names needs to be made!

I thought that during the CON CALL, McCusker and "his board" said that Willard McCusker would be the Custodian of Oceanic Research & Recovery Inc

They did, but that was another mistake. ORRV had a custodian because it had been abandoned by its management, and Tracy applied for the job. Now that ORRV has new management, no custodian is needed.
