Nice catch. But that's the name of the company as it appeared in Tracy's initial application for custodianship. Just one more thing he got wrong. At OTCMarkets, it's always been Oceanic Research & Recovery, Inc.

And as you can see from one of the last filings under old management, Oceanic Research & Recovery is correct:

So technically, ALL of the filings at the Clark County Court are for a company that never existed.
