I thought that during the CON CALL, McCusker and "his board" said that Willard McCusker would be the Custodian of Oceanic Research & Recovery Inc

BUTTTT I don't see his name on that doc. I do see that "full control" has been given back Ocean Research & Recovery Group, Inc"
