CSCE updates only happened on NV SOS so far. 1st update was June 2nd when the shell facilitator was removed and Simon Yu was added as management. 2nd update happened yesterday when the name was changed from Cascade Energy to Cannabis Strategic Ventures.

Don't know more yet. Good thing is the t/a is friendly and confirms the super low o/s. Float is only 3.8 million. Working on some leads now to see if i can beat the company to the official announcements. Next otc filing due out prior to June 30 as well which should have more details
