The culprits today are two market makers, BATS and EDGEX. They have been throwing tiny lots (2,3,8,12,share) at the bid on the sell side. This locks the share price unless size orders step in.
No real catalyst so no big buy orders. Missling should learn that medical charts are not catalysts without a solid PR going with them.

Very positive presentation and we get sold off---I really just do not get it !! Baffled !!
