You've got to be kidding. I know you've got at least half a brain in your head, and at times, you appear quite intelligent. So are you actually saying that you believe that if you do not get a response to calls or even emails, then that is proof of a lie?

If you want to keep what remnant of respect that some on the board still have for you, you should retract that statement, IMO.

So i would not infer that disclaimor would save you, if you wrote negative article on this stock. If people sold because you wrote negative article. Especailly if all your post were researched and a negative bias was seen. Then the 10K comes out and confirms Rufus told the truth.

Enough...this is ridiculous ....I realize from your posts that YOU believe you are or should be very important to Rufus...but it is possible that he just doesn't agree...or even does not see any importance in whatever you choose write or not write on a stock newsletter? This is just some more silliness for the weekend because nobody seems to have anything left to complain about. By this time next week..we will all know how this played out and I for one...have put my money where my mouth is and I am just willing to wait it out.
