the stockster had a similar disclaimer to the one you have on infinte.com..

So i would not infer that disclaimor would save you, if you wrote negative article on this stock. If people sold because you wrote negative article. Especailly if all your post were researched and a negative bias was seen. Then the 10K comes out and confirms Rufus told the truth.
