Most all large electric utilities are experimenting/piloting storage, however, I don't know of any that are implementing storage on any scale. The 3 cents per kWh is the wholesale cost for the electrons delivered by NextraEra only. Storage is where photovoltaics were 15 years ago as far as cost. Costs are coming down but it will be awhile.
