SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES.
Dear Shareholders,
By now, my attorneys and I, along with all the investors and shareholders expected to receive a response from OTC Markets. We do have and keep proper notes and documentation that supports all of our correspondence and efforts. Finally, today , Monday 12 at 3 PM CST, I was able to reach OTC Markets at their "compliance" persons office. We had a brief telephone conversation. She confirmed to me, that they are in receipt of all requested information that we provided and that they were simply "way too busy" and had not had their "team" review the requested documents. This is highly unusual , since throughout my personal involvement with OTC Markets for over 10 years, I have never experienced this kind of service. I explained to her our sense of urgency to post the financials and disclosures . She then committed to call me back this Wednesday after her team finally reviews our documentation and responses. I write this post, mostly due to the fact that there are a lot of bloggers and other people who are not only posting incorrect information, but who are also accusing us of lying. There is no gain for us not to be able to access our OTCIQ back office ( for which membership we already paid for!) I keep records of all my attempts with OTC and so do our attorneys. So, let me assure you, we are just as frustrated and surprised for the OTC Markets lack of response. I will keep you posted with our progress.
