Has Imbutek ever been registered as an actual company? I see no documentation for incorporation, LLC or any official entity. Only a name / website.??? If you recall, NOHO, Inc was going to change it's name to Imbutek, no merger, no seperate entity, just a name and symbol change and becoming fully reporting. Sad none of that was true, at least through present day. Any one do research on Iwire??
