There is an application process and I am guessing it will probably take a bit to verify all of their info. Wouldn't be surprised to see it last into the fall/winter. I will send out the requirements later as I believe I found them once before. There is more to the uplist than just an audit, although none should be as stringent and they already meet the .01 SP requirement.
It's good to have healthy expectations and realize this is a process. None of this happens overnight. We just want to see they are taking the right steps to advance the company. Should hopefully see the audit finalized in the next few weeks and that's the hardest and most important step for them. This will legitimize their financials and give incentive to more investors.
