Can you PM me any other info you received from your conversations out there? Anything on negotiations? Testing?...Mario told me one of the most frustrating parts of this was the 1000's of hours of testing the U.S. and Chineese gov'ts requested...any feedback on how far along they are on that?

Even though you feel the dillution is not a great hurdle...did they feel confident they could avoid that?
