You've got the right answer. With the FDA getting more progressive, whether or not the median statistics pass snuff is irrelevant. Eventually it will be approved. The one worry that remains however is, if the median stats are not great (leave alone bad), can the company survive the shorts and the folks who don't want this to succeed?

Yes > 3 years but I would go through another process of DCVAX L after the 3+ years if the tumor came back.

If the tumor comes back take another sample and create another batch of DCVAX. Does that give me another 3+ years? Total of 6+ years

At what point do we call it a cure.

Repeat this process until DCVAX D is perfected and passed the FDA.
By that time another company may own the process.

You can substitute any number of years in my description.
So a 65-70 year old patient goes through 2 to 3 DCVAX procedures and that gives him/her another 6-9 years maybe more to enjoy their grandchildren / retirement.

Side NOte: DCVAX can bankrupt Social Security ! LOL

This can go on and on and on
