I'm not sure they will convert any more loans - they have been trying to reverse course, and have been doing well. BUT they are out of shares, so they HAVE to reverse. They have stock options maturing in August, and need shares to support their own employees. They ALSO need shares in case of an equity investor that could come in and provide the cash to pay off all the convertible debt. Still, equity means shares, but in this case it is only share dilution, not price dilution, because the cash is gotten up front to pay debt, and the equity investor expects the stock to appreciate.
I would love to see all convertible debt retired through an equity investor, so they could go about fixing the SS, etc.
