Correct....BUT in our case...the R/S is necessary so that the toxic debt is paid via dilution of more shares. This will drive the SP down after the R/S. This can potentially cause some panic selling and create even more downward SP price.

I'm going to continue to hold through all of this. Just have to be very patient for the dust to settle and hope the company continues on the positive track.

I see green pasture in the future but will take some time and stormy weather.
