You may be on to something, after all the 90 day point since the IPR challenge is Wednesday. If dismissed, IMO it will blow past the .03 pps to possibly the .05 to .07. Then we will be looking at several settlements which will give us plenty of ??????to party with ??????!!!
For the benefit of those (like me) who cannot read thru all the posts, can someone who knows, post a sticky with a summary (or at least an outline) of the ongoing legal dispute(s) and what effect their outcome may end up having? I downloaded the PDF of George Waller's latest June 5 filing, but I know that is just a piece of the whole puzzle here. It would be much appreciated!
