Most think CISCO will try to settle before Chanbond/UOIP has a chance to tip them up$ide down.

OK I get it now. Cisco (perhaps) will see the writing on the wall with the 13 Cables lawsuit and will enter into negotiations with Chanbond/UOIP before infringement is definitively ruled by the court as a result of said lawsuit. I guess I kinda sorta saw that as a possibility but figured there'd be more legal sabre-rattling first.
