Breakthrough thinking definition was interesting....had a class in B-school on operations strategy...the whole theme was breakthrough thinking.

You dont get incredible leaps in productivity by fine tuning or running the current process faster. You get them from totally rethinking the manufacturing process, designing out bottlenecks and optimizing all sections of the process to work with each other.

Adaptive trials are an example of breakthrough thinking.

If 2-73 proves out it will indeed be breakthrough thinking towards CNS diseases.
