In my dd a respondent can be many different things depending upon the individual case.

I believe in this case it means chanbond llc is the plaintiff suing under UOIP being the parent company.

Either way it definitely proves direct association between chanbond and uoip
Imo.

Anybody have extensive knowledge in this area feel free 2 help us out!!!!
