It always has to do with shares. Because OTC companies have NO MONEY. AS they keep turning on the share facet. Share holders get screwed.

You're right Kroooo, they have to show it for accounting purposes to reflect the acquisition. $MMEG does not have $40M in debt from Poolworks. Nut's not dumb, he knows that but he twists things to suit his position on the stock hoping to scare a lower pps out of people. Know what you own my friend, long & strong!
