Interesting, after reading further down It states that the 40million is due to poolworks being acquired. It is money carried over by poolworks thay was due by them but momentous has gotten goodwill on it. Something like that... Basically they aren't 40million in the hole it seems like it has only to do with shares and the poolworks being acquired
