Docket#3291 does not lay out anything more than what we already know and that is the Debtors are pushing their plan down the throats of everyone else with a backdrop of obscure and undetailed yet necessary particulars. Mainly, the Debtors are trying to fleece the Shareholders.
There will be objections !
There will be an accounting conducted but by outside vendors.

This is far from over ;)
