Looks like we will have to wait and hear from company about China sales update. You can't show that they don't intend to pursue it. It's wise of company to back out of a deal but that doesn't mean MYDX is out of China for good. This company still has valuable products even if cannabis is not in the picture. It's the product and it's value to produce data streams to leverage to market developers.
Your brief synopsis basically says that the deal was off the table because "no proof of concept." Everything logically as far as marketing of course would also terminate due to lack of product to market. You still cannot show anywhere that MYDX is no longer in the China market. Simplest answer is you can't find anywhere that says MYDX is no longer in the China market because MYDX is still in the China market.
