This moves because of the accumulation of positive events and the end of doubt It is one of a the must read consistently and people know the potential for bvtk to capture a huge piece of the 20 billion dollar pie is better than good Plus the presidential mandate for department and agencies compliance is fast approaching and the NCOIC practically wrote that. Go back and review the dd and if you are to lazy some very prominent members on this board has solid dd. Read his posts!! My goodness this is finally moving north and I'm surprised it isn't at .005 plus at this point. Signed deals puts this at .05 without a multiple.
