even though I see that the stock could be worth 20 dollars a share I can't see Bravatek obtaining the whole 20 billion dollar contract.

Also, the contract is worth up to 20 billion dollars, as in it has a cap. Meaning the contract could be worth 1 billion dollars, and we get a fraction of that such as 50 million dollars.
