So happy you mentioned "the big dog" Sing/Tel 97% owner of Trustwave! This puts them on the hook for paying the settlement or damages. Given the most recent good Pacer news I wonder if their BOD will be meeting soon to discuss options. With their roll out of MFA/OOBA for their mobile banking customers in all of Asia little SFOR, with its current US and pending international patent, may stand in their way of expanding that service into the lucritive US market through Trustwave or into Europe. So sad! I wish I could be a fly on the wall in their boardroom!
