It all comes down to public demand and the company is no scam. You come on here and rant every month. This is a mass dilution phase and nobody knows what is happening concerning the internal workings of the company.

There is no violation of FINRA or SEC Rules on the part of Ultrack Systems because of the impact on a stock cused by advertisers. But of course, people always need be aware of penny stock promoters, and, per your earlier comments, it is those people who will be targeted by the SEC, not the company itself.
