IMO:IDCC and Samsung are currently in settlement discussions regarding Partial 2G and regular 3G terms(including NTDD,WTDD, HSDPA, HSUPA,LTE, 802.xx)..I believe the $134 Million is not on the Table, but 2006 2G royalty is negotiable courtesy of the U.S. 35%-38% Federal Corporate tax..I also believe IDCC will broker a Ericy/Samsung EMP license.
not sure you want to venture I guess but when do you think IDCC will actually collect the $134 mill from Samsung.....What is your taek on what is probably going on? I know just a guess but would be intersted in your opinion.
