WBC, I have seen this misinformed post too many times about DoD contracting. Yes, there is a SAM registration but there are circumstances when this would not apply. Speaking for those of us who work in DoD contracting what you read on Google is not defacto standard.

The one I had found b/c you posted some Defense only relationship spells it out even more clearly. WBC - why don't you post that one as a favor and save yourself the $125k?
