Samsung can appeal whatever they want. However market already concluded that IDCC would WIN and got paid. The questions is during next few months. Could IDCC motivates Samsung (and/or other company) to sign for 3G? Share price will move with 3G license not with 2G money.

Unfortunately it seems any sort of war on corporate terror is working about as good as the bush administrations attempt. It is pretty disgusting how slow the legal system is ;(
I don't believe that. They didn't offer any quote. Maybe they just interpreted the "It is just part of a long process. We may wait until the final decision to come from a higher court" statement from another article as meaning that they will appeal. But no one knows for sure.
