No one knows what capacity is in place in Asia right now. Apple is more secretive than the cia. Chances are good that the material will be used in the near future (this or next year ). Many of the patents we have seen recently are more production oriented as opposed to research oriented. It might just be a small part in a new product, but the evidence is becoming overwhelming of this materials use. Irregardless, Li is building the non ce market currently and we will soon see the benefits of this as well.

EDIT: from post #108371
A: In fact, in addition to the two points you have just put it, the phone there is a more special is that Jobs before the death of the push liquid metal, but there is no real success (only card needle using liquid metal). If the liquid metal mobile phone shell can do so in Apple's use of the field there is a significant advertising effect, a gimmick (the use of new materials will often become a new selling point for mobile phone products). At present, consumer electronics allows the fastest growth of liquid metal. First, because it is a large number of large demand, the second is the presence of Steve Jobs and Apple's mobile phone to make this market full of star effect, so when a mobile phone shell produced, there will be one or two years of noisy market effect. Even if the price of your point, but the consumer electronics market is acceptable. Millet, for example, millet 4 in the product briefing tells a story of stainless steel trip, as it was the main selling point. Millet 4 stainless steel costs began to 250, and later through continuous improvement and mass production, down to 200.

And I liquid metal case as long as 180 dollars, after the price will be lower, and compared to 304 stainless steel, whether it is price or passerby, liquid metal shell is no doubt in a leading position. In addition, in the field of mobile phone casing, the strength of liquid metal to exceed its use value, high strength aluminum alloy was 400pa, while the minimum liquid metal has 1000pa, so do not need to use liquid metal such advanced materials. I never put the consumer electronics on the use of liquid metal in the field of the top, my personal value is the most car, including automotive shafts, fasteners, locks, etc., this amount will not be less than the consumer electronics;

heres the thing everyone seems believes that lqmt and Tom sold the farm to Apple...I don't believe so I look at this is a different way, We will get paid indirectly from Apple, Li has stated that EONTEC is just a training facility for liquidmetal BMG's, but his jv's as in sea of cloud metals, atena, and a few others will prepare these products for Apple...if lqmt doesn't make a cent from this it wouldn't make any business sense, companies need to make money it's actually pretty straightforward if you think about it the hard part is figuring out how they will get paid exactly,a contract with Apple would be the first move the second would be with EONTEC which in turn will produce a contract with their jv's and everyone gets paid.

This will be uuuuuuuuge when it happens my feeling is $5 EOY maybe at first $1-2 who really knows how the market will act? We might go down to 0.1497;)

If Apple doesn't pay us but in turn of payment they give us the worlds stage tmr with a speech from prof li, it will be as good as money;)

Tmr my eyes will be glued to my iPad and the announcement:)

This has been posted numerous times on this board by Joshua and rige.

Time to stop rehashing same questions when they have been answered sufficiently.

There are many ways already posted so no need to go over it again, instead here is a new way.
Read DPP’s Link, especially this part.

To simplify the offshoring interests of US customers,Liquidmetal will manage all purchase order transactions and scheduling, including inventory management services with warehousing capacity, through its Lake Forest location.

LMT now has a stop-gap mass manufacturing partner in China, Eontec.
While Li prepares LQMT to be the Global BMG manufacture.
