That's interesting. How do you know that? Your number seems very low.

If you do the math ...

Out of 1,000 cases, let's say 500 win & 500 lose.

Then 3% (your number) of 500 cases appeal = 15 cases

And 21% of 15 cases are overturned on appeal = 3 cases

So, if I use your number (3%), then only 3 cases are overturned after losing in District Court.
